Sent church is definitely a trendy title that is anywhere you look these days. the notion that we are required to categorize church buildings, missional, has forever been a little different to me. please, shouldnt all places of worship be missional in their very essence? all churches, at its very nature, desire to connect their culture and neighborhood with the good news as a missionary would in a foreign country? Isnt that what the places of worship is commanded to do in the great commission in Matthew 28:19? Our own hometown begs for this kind of church. Church in Austin is slowly gravitating to what Christ instructed in Scripture.
The Son of God gives the charge in Acts 1:8 saying, “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1:8 explains this subject as, right before Jesus Christ leaves to go to Heaven, He sends the disciples on a exploration that would start right in their own community. He begins with their local place of Jerusalem, and then expands the call to the outer parts of the creation.
As followers of Christ, we are not motivated to privacy, but to be missional persons who are anxiously going out and going to areas right where they are with the good news. We have seen this throughout history: God urges Abraham on a mission to move from his city and his people and go to the place that God would show him (Gen. 12:1), God sends Moses on a story to rescue an enslaved people and lead them to joy (Exodus 3:8-10), God sends Jesus on a story to creation to restore all things to Himself through the crucifixion (Colossians 1:20). And now God is sending us on a exploration to engage communities, cities, ethnicities, and even nations with the good news (Matt. 28:19 Mark 6:7 Luke 10:1 John 20:21 Acts 1:8). If we abandon this call and continue to treat the church buildings like a closed off country club ” encouraging that people clean up their act, pay their money, and visit to our building God will continue His mission without us.

Your first spell in any path of Witchcraft should be one of protection. There are two reasons for this. First, protection spells are very safe… even if you are inexperienced, no harm can come from casting a protection spell the “wrong way”…
The second reason is because most protection spells are relatively easy. I’ve given you one here, and also a simple money spell you can do too…
Beginner Spell #1 -Make a Piggy Bank Seed
This extremely simple spell is so easy it is almost funny. Don’t let that fool you though, it works very well to bring wealth into your life. My Grandmother had me do it as a child (it worked so well, I still have the same dollar bill in a piggy bank almost 30 years later).
This spell also works best in the evening, and in the protection of a Magick circle - at your altar.
You will need:
A piggy bank
A dollar bill, play money, or a piece of paper
Clove oil
Green or gold thread
Dab the four corners of the money, play money, or paper with clove oil. Fold the bill three times.
Wrapping towards you, wind the thread around the dollar bill. Tie it with three knots. Place this seed dollar in the piggy bank. The anointed dollar will act as seed money and will draw more money to it (and into your life).
Beginner Spell #2 - Dragon Protection
This spell will create energy of protection through your aura - giving your protection from bad luck, and bad energies.
This is best done after you have cast your Magick circle, in your sacred space around your altar.
You will need one white or purple candle to represent yourself and one black candle for the earth dragon.
Cast your magick circle. Stir the dragon of the element of the north (Earth). Light the earth dragon candle and chant these words:
“Earth dragon strong and true,
Send to me your magick new.
Egg of protection we shall see,
This is my will so mote it be.”
As you chant, envision energy moving from the dragon candle to the one that represents you. See the energy around your candle as green light in the shape of an egg.
When you feel this has been accomplished, light your candle from the dragon candle. See your magick happening and know you are protected. Snuff out your candle and put it in a safe place. Any time you need additional protection, light this magickally charged candle. Remember to snuff it out (don’t blow it out) and put it in a safe place.

Christian art is wonderful for inspiring us. Cathedrals and
churches, paintings, music, performances, and sculpture have
been created for centuries. Now, in our own time, photography,
mixed media, and posters are widely available too.
All these forms of Christian art have shaped our understanding
of the great stories of the Bible. From the simple Christmas
carols we learned as children to the transcendent glory of
Handel’s Messiah, Christian music uplifts us. From the
Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel to Salvador Dali’s Last Supper,
Christian paintings give us something to look at and
contemplate. A few minutes spent looking at a piece of art can
help center us before a time of quiet prayer.
There is something for everyone, with whatever taste in art,
with whatever favorite themes. You could spend a lifetime just
delving into pictures of Christ himself, as a child and as an
adult. Other specific themes include the garden of Eden, angels,
the crucifixion, the last supper, saints, and other Christian
figures.
The history of Western art is very largely the history of
Christian art, so anyone who loves art can benefit from time
spent with the masterpieces of Leonardo Da Vinci, Fra Angelica,
and so many other great painters and sculptors.
Since there is such an abundance of art, and since we are
fortunate to live in an era when high-quality color printing
makes books, prints, and posters affordable, we can enjoy as
much Christian art as we wish.
One way to live with your favorite Christian art is to have one
or more Christian posters in your home. If you happen to have a
place of quiet retreat, whether it’s a special room or a spot in
your living room or bedroom, a Christian poster on the wall
might be just the thing.

Webster’s dictionary explains majesty meaning a title used to speaking of or to a monarch. Or Dignity, splendor, and grandeur. Is Jesus speaking to us. Look at Psalms 19:1 it says:
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge.
Some people will beg to differ regarding Psalms 19:1 But have you ever wondered what made the stars in the sky, the moon and the sun. Let me take you to a website were you can see for yourself some of the knowledge of God. Have you ever heard of the northern lights. Well many people have. They are lights from heaven that are unexplainable. Many people will say because of science studies this and that, which are all disputable, but they still cannot pinpoint a reason. These light have been around since the beginning of time. So please take a look at the photos even read this website and compare it to the Bible and decide what you believe to be true. Go to:

But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him. For we are to God the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing. To the one we are the smell of death; to the other, the fragrance of life. And who is equal to such a task? Unlike so many, we do not peddle the word of God for profit. On the contrary, in Christ we speak before God with sincerity, like men sent from God.
Melchizedek the Priest
This Melchizedek was king of Salem and priest of God Most High. He met Abraham returning from the defeat of the kings and blessed him, and Abraham gave him a tenth of everything. First, his name means “king of righteousness”; then also, “king of Salem” means “king of peace.” Without father or mother, without genealogy, without beginning of days or end of life, like the Son of God he remains a priest forever. Just think how great he was: Even the patriarch Abraham gave him a tenth of the plunder! Now the law requires the descendants of Levi who become priests to collect a tenth from the peoplethat is, their brotherseven though their brothers are descended from Abraham.
This man, however, did not trace his descent from Levi, yet he collected a tenth from Abraham and blessed him who had the promises. And without doubt the lesser person is blessed by the greater. In the one case, the tenth is collected by men who die; but in the other case, by him who is declared to be living. One might even say that Levi, who collects the tenth, paid the tenth through Abraham, because when Melchizedek met Abraham, Levi was still in the body of his ancestor. Hebrews 7:1. Now is that a mystery or what. Melchizedek was living in the body of his ancestor and was a priest of the God Most High, now remember during Abraham time people lived to be at least 100 or more years. What a wonderful Blessing to know that if we give to the men of Christ Ministries how Bless we will be.
Love Always,
Your Sister in Christ,
Mellody Davis
